Community Partners
External / Visiting Allied Health Professionals
Effective 1st July 2025
At MOVE Moonee Valley, we're proud to support external and visiting Allied Health Professionals - such as Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists - who use the Gym and Aquatic facilities at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Keilor East Leisure Centre to support thier clients' health and wellbeing.
To make access to facilities smoother, safer, and better coordinated, MOVE is introducing a Community Partners Programs with the following important updates:
1. Bookings via Nookal
Book your preferred gym floor or aquatic facility time slot (please note: this is for shared use, not exclusive use).2. Registration via LinkSafe (Contractor Management System)
This system enables you to:- Upload required documentation (e.g. current insurance)
- Complete your site induction
- Sign in and out upon arrival and departure
3. Casual Commerical Entry Fee
- A standard casual commerical entry rate applies per allied health provider for each visit, equivalent to a full casual entry fee.
- Please note that all existing multi-passes will be honoured until they have expired, and then the casual commercial entry fee will apply.
- Private memberships are for personal use only and are not for the purpost of delivering commercial sessions.
Why these changes are important
These process will:
- Help MOVE staff respond to enquiries about external Allied Health bookings.
- Improve safety by:
- Providing site orientation and emergency procedures to all visiting professionals.
- Ensuring a record of attendances for emergency evacuations.
- Supporting compliance with MOVE's Emergency Management Plan.
