Photography Video Guidance

In response to a number of concerns raised with our Management team, we have produced some guidance for ALL patrons of Ascot Vale Leisure Centre in regards to the usage of photography / videography within our venue, in particular within our Health Club.

If you would like to capture any images / videos within the facility, please make sure that you speak to one of the MOVE team so that you can sign our media register. 

After you have signed the media register, please ensure that you are only capturing images / videos of yourself or your group / family. Signing the media register does not give you consent to film any other persons within the venue. If you would like to film another person that is not part of your group, they will need to provide individual media consent - please speak to one of our team about this first.

All patrons are required to ensure that they are always treating fellow patrons and MOVE staff with courtesy and respect whilst visiting our venue. Anybody displaying agressive or violent behaviour will be asked to leave the venue.
