Parking Update Melbourne Show 2022
We anticipate significant traffic delays in the area and high impacts on our car park.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO GET TO AVLC FOR GOSWIM LESSONS AND GROUP FITNESS CLASSES.
The carpark at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre will be available to AVLC Members and casual visitors, and will be strictly limited to 2hr parking (2P).
Security
There will be one guard at each carpark entrance (Epsom Road and Charles Street).
Permits
AVLC Members and guests will need to go to reception and obtain a parking permit. This will be marked with the date and time of issue.
This will then need to be displayed on their cars while using the facility.
If you wish to stay at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre longer than 2hrs, you will need to bring in your existing parking permit and swap it for an updated one.
Parking Officers
Council Parking officers will visit every 2 hours.
2 hour parking limits will be enforced for the duration of the event in the AVLC carpark. Any vehicles with EXPIRED permits will be fined.
