Parking Update - February 2024

During large events, there will be 2hr parking limits for the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre carpark. Please ensure that you obtain a parking permit from AVLC reception when you arrive.

We highly encourage everybody to make sure that they check traffic conditions before they visit, and allow for additional travel time where required - especially for those booked into swimming lessons and group fitness classes.

 

EVENT: ST JEROME'S LANEWAY FESTIVAL

• Date: Saturday 10 February, 2024
• Venue: Flemington Racecourse
• Time: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
• Estimated attendees: Approx 37,000 people

NOTE: The Inked Lifestyle Expo will also be on this day at the Melbourne Showgrounds with an estimated attendance of 2,000 people.
 

EVENT: BLACK CAVIAR LIGHTNING RACE DAY

• Date: Saturday 17 February 2024
• Venue: Flemington Racecourse
• Time: 11:00am - 5:30pm
• Estimated attendees: Approx 12,000 people

EVENT: VICTORIAN CARAVAN, CAMPING & TOURING SUPERSHOW

• Date: Wednesday 21 to Sunday 25 February 2024
• Venue: Melbourne Showgrounds
• Time: 9:30am - 5:00pm each day
• Estimated attendees: Approx 47,700 people over the five-day period.
