At Ascot Vale Leisure Centre we have over 100 group exercise classes running weekly in all styles including Les Mills, Circuit Training, Zumba, Yoga/Pilates, Aqua/Warm Water Aqua, Freestyle and our unique Warrior Workout  ( incorporating boxing and athletic drills). Our Active Adults program is a leader in providing classes for the older population including Living Longer Living Stronger and Move it Or Lose It.Our custom cycle studio is home to 3 different cycle programs- RPM, Sprint and Freestyle Cycle.

We regularly run special events and fundraisers and group fitness is a lifeblood here in the centre. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome and our highly qualified and welcoming instructors will guide you through a fun session to help you achieve the results you are after.
